To Our Valued Patients,
The health and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. Be assured that we continue to monitor the information coming out of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Public Health Department, and our own Advocare Coronavirus Task Force, to stay on top this evolving situation.
We ask that if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat}, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you must be seen, please let us know in advance that you have these symptoms so we can initiate our procedures for mitigating risk to our patients and employees.
We want you to feel confident when coming to our office for continued care during this time. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures in the interest of our patients’ and employees’ health and safety.
All surfaces, doorknobs and chairs are cleaned and disinfected several times throughout the day. We have removed toys and magazines at this time to limit items that are touched by multiple people. Antibacterial hand sanitizer is being provided at the front desk and throughout the office for your use while in the office. Exam tables are disinfected between each patient, in addition to the usual changing of table paper and routine cleaning measures.
When you do visit the office, we ask that you come alone or limit the number of people who accompany you. Fewer people in the office means that there are fewer opportunities for inadvertent exposures. Please help us to protect you and our other patients, as well as our own employees and families.
Please call us at (856) 772-2300 if you have any questions or if you feel the need to reschedule your appointment.
We look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of care, even through the challenges that present on a near-daily basis. Stay healthy!
